What devices do you service?


As an Apple Authorized Service Provider, we service all Apple devices including but not limted to MacBooks, iPhones and iMacs.




Do you service computers with AppleCare/AppleCare+ warranty?


Yes, we service computers with Apple Care Warranty. We proudly received our Apple Authorized Service Provider certificate in September 2015!




How long does it take to evaluate my Apple product?


This is all dependant on the issue at hand. For example, liquid spills may take a longer period of time. We'd have to take apart the entire machine to inspect it; which is much more time consuming. Our regular turnaround time for diagnostic/evaluation is 1-3 business days.




What types of payment do you accept?


We accept all major cards, E-Transfer, and cash.




Do you offer warranties on your repairs?


Absolutely. We offer 30-day parts and worksmanship warranty for every repair we complete, including replacement of hard drives and other parts. Please note physical damages/liquid spills are not covered under this warranty.




Do you sell parts?


No, unfortunately parts are not for individual sale.




How is my privacy protected?


Our team at Glitch Fix takes privacy very seriously. Your data is never modified, viewed nor is it moved (unless authorized otherwise by the customer). We also physically destroy drives from computers that are donated to us/recycled to ensure that data is impossible to recover. Rest assured, your information is in good hands with us here at Glitch Fix.
